Dear Sir, Madam

we are honored to have you as a judge on our show. Based upon your preliminary consent, you have been delegated to judge the TrioCACIB Prague Expo Dog show, an FCI International Dog Show to be held on the weekend of 8.-10.12.2023 in the exhibition areal PVA EXPO PRAHA – Letňany, Prague.

Travel information:

• Airport -> Hotel -> Airport

Transfer from the airport and the reverse are managed by taxi. It does not need to be paid by you. At the airport will be a driver with the sign the logo of our dog show and the name „TrioCACIB Prague Expo dog“. He will drive you to the Hotel.

After the show the transfer to the airport is settled to 2,5 hours before your flight and the driver will pick up you at the hotel. You will get a message on your phone that the taxi is waiting for you.

• If you arrive by car

The parking ticket you received upon entering the hotel’s parking lot with your car, needs to be presented at the hotel’s reception for validation when you want to leave (so that you don’t have to pay for the parking), please tell the hotel’s reception that you are a judge at the Prague Expo Dog show.

Room checking starts at 3 pm. There will be available lobby or luggage storage for those who arrive before the time of check-in.

Breakfast is every day from 6:30 am.

Dinners are every day from 8 pm in lounge Amsterdam.

Lunch will be prepared for those who will arrive by plane and arrive before 12 am on Thursday 7.12.2023.

Welcome dinner:

Is held on the eve of the exhibition, on 7.12.2023 at 8 pm at the hotel’s Amsterdam lounge. The lounge will be marked by our Prague Expo Dog logo.

Dress code is business casual.

Judging:

The Judges Meeting will be held each day from 8:00 to 8:30 am in the conference room, which is located on the first floor in the Entrance Hall III. In this conference room you will also receive folders as well as general information about judging.

Microbus

We have arranged a microbus, which will transport our judges from hotel to the showgrounds. The bus will be pulled up in front of the hotel at 7:10 am and then again at 7:40 am. When boarding the bus, please tell the driver your name. In case of an emergency, the showgrounds address is: PVA EXPO PRAHA, Beranových 667, 199 00 Praha.

This microbus will be available to you whole day and after judging you can take a ride back to the hotel. The schedule of the bus is the same for each show day, as follows
