(hereinafter referred to as the "Operator")

  1. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION AND USER RANGE
    The Forminator application (published by WPMU DEV, hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is used for the electronic collection and management of data related to the organization of a cynological event - the international dog show in Prague, Prague Expo Dog.
    The application allows in particular:
    sending changes to applications of exhibitors with dogs,
    • submission of applications/orders by sellers within the ShopZone trade fair,
    • registration of exhibition staff,
    • filling out referee documents.
  2. USER CATEGORIES AND PROCESSED DATA
    2.1 Exhibitors with dogs
    – We process the exhibitor's identification and contact data and identification data about the dogs for the purpose of registration and organization of the exhibition.
    – The data is used for internal administration and is not publicly published unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. official catalog or results according to the rules of the event).

2.2 Sellers and exhibiting companies at the ShopZone trade fair
– To inform visitors, we publish selected data in the following scope: company name (exhibiting company), brand/product, web address (to be published), field.
– Based on an agreement, we can also publish advertising (logo, banner, PR message).
– By submitting the form, you confirm the accuracy of the information and your authorization to act on behalf of the company.
– If necessary to provide services (e.g. exhibition supplier), your contact may be passed on to a contractual partner – this fact is stated directly on the form.

2.3 Exhibition staff
– For applicants/employees, we collect: name and surname, permanent address, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail, bank account number (for payment of the reward).
– The data is processed by an authorized employee of the Operator only to the extent necessary for concluding an agreement and organizational communication.

2.4 Referee
– For referees, we collect: first and last name, permanent address, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail, bank account number (for billing) and possibly other necessary data specified in a specific form.
– The data is processed by selected employees of the Operator to the necessary extent.

  1.    LEGAL BASIS, RETENTION PERIOD AND PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
    – Processing takes place mainly for the performance of the contract, for legitimate interest (e.g. direct marketing to participants) and to the extent imposed by legal regulations (accounting, tax regulations).
    – Retention periods result from legal obligations and the duration of the contractual relationship (typically at least 10 years for VAT documents and at least 5 years for accounting).

  2. TECHNICAL OPERATION OF THE APPLICATION
    – The application is provided “as is” and may undergo ongoing maintenance or updates.
    – The operator is not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by infrastructure outages, maintenance or third-party interventions.
    – The application uses the Forminator plugin (WPMU DEV). Data sent to the form is stored on the Operator's servers (WordPress) and forwarded only to the extent described in these Terms and Conditions and in the GDPR policy.
  3. USER RULES
    The user undertakes:
    a) provide true and up-to-date information and do not attach harmful content (malware, spam, unsolicited offers),
    b) not to interfere with the operation of the Application, not to circumvent security and not to use the Application in violation of the law,
    c) respect the rights of other participants and the Operator, in particular intellectual property rights.
  4. PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION
    – The public list of vendors/ShopZone displays selected data (company name, brand/product, website, industry) to inform visitors and promote the event.
    – We publish advertising and PR outputs based on order/consent.
    – Internal work accesses (organizers, judges) are not public; viewing of data is limited to authorized persons.
  5. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
    – We may transfer data to contractual partners necessary for fulfilling your order or providing services (e.g. exhibition suppliers) – always to the extent necessary for the given purpose and with the user being informed directly in the form.
    – Other recipients (e.g. providers of analytical tools and related cookies) are listed in the GDPR policy.
  6. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT GATEWAY STRIPE
    – If online payment is available in any form, the Stripe payment gateway is used for this purpose.
    – Supported methods may include payment cards and – subject to availability and Stripe terms – Apple Pay and Google Pay.
    – The data required to make a payment (e.g. name, email, billing information) is passed on to the payment service provider Stripe. The operator does not collect or store full payment card numbers.

  7. LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES
    – The application is intended for the organizational agenda of exhibitions. The operator is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, loss of data) or for damages caused by the violation of these Terms by the user.
    – This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    – The content of the website (texts, photographs, graphics, logos, brands) is protected by intellectual property rights.
    – You may not further distribute, modify or commercially exploit the content without the written consent of the Operator or the rights holders.

  11. CHANGES TO TERMS
    – The operator is entitled to change these Terms and Conditions. The new wording shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
    – By continuing to use the Application, you agree to the new wording.
  12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    – These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
    – We will try to resolve any disputes amicably; if this is not possible, the court with substantive and territorial jurisdiction in the Czech Republic will decide.

Information about the processing of cookies

Within the website, the system uses third-party analytical and marketing tools that use small data files, called cookies, to evaluate the behavior and actions of the User on the website. The purpose of using these tools is to analyze the use of the website by the User, which the administrator does with the aim of increasing the User's comfort when using the website.

Technically, the operation of the tools used is handled through cookies that are accepted by the User's device. Refusing a given tool means rejecting the cookies that the tool uses.

The use of cookies can be set using the internet browser. Most internet browsers accept cookies by default. The User can refuse cookies using the internet browser or set the use of only some cookies.

The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator in the analytical or statistical evaluation of website traffic.

The cookie processing period is the entire time the cookie is stored on the User's computer, until it is deleted or until its validity expires.

Internal recipients of personal data are employees of the Controller. External recipients of personal data are external providers of marketing and analytical tools who are in the position of personal data processors.
