Registration instructions
- We accept registrations exclusively through the online dogoffice system.
- To register for the show, you must have an account on the website www.dogoffice.cz and all the dogs you want to register must be added to it - dogs cannot be added later during registration.
- The name of the dog owner must match the name of the account owner in the DogOffice system. If the dog is listed as co-owned, it is necessary to create a new account in the system with both names listed.

- Payment for registration is possible online by credit card or by transfer to a NEW bank account.
- Payment on site, on the day of the exhibition, is not possible.
- Registrations sent by post or email will not be accepted.
- After online registration, the exhibitor must receive a confirmation email.
- If the confirmation email has not arrived, it is possible that the registration has NOT been successful ! In such cases, please contact triocacib@kynologie.cz immediately and provide your registration details.
- By accepting the registration, the exhibitor is subject to all provisions of the FCI International Exhibition Rules, the Czech-Moravian Cynological Union (CMKU) Exhibition Rules and the exhibition regulations.
- The payment date, not the registration date, determines the closing date.
- If a copy of the championship/working certificate is not attached to the registration, stating that the dog meets the conditions for these classes, it will automatically be placed in the open class.
- A dog can only be registered in one class on one day.
- Class change is possible, for a fee specified in the price list, no later than the last closing date.
- Class changes and registration cancellations are only possible via the online form.
- Class changes and cancellations of registrations after the deadline are not possible.
- Applications and documents sent after the last deadline will not be accepted.
- If the exhibitor does not receive the entry form by the specified date, the exhibition secretariat must be contacted as soon as possible.
- The organizer is not responsible for incorrectly completed registration.
- By submitting the registration, the exhibitor agrees that his name and address will be published in the exhibition catalog.
- Unpaid registrations and applications without proof of payment will be canceled.
- When paying for multiple dogs (with the same owner, within one registration), pay the show fees together.
